E-Mail Hosting

Your e-mail hosting ends up being just as important as your web hosting. Maybe more important. This is the service that comes with every web hosting service but I don't believe it gets the attention as it should. My e-mail server gets more of my attention than my web server because of all of the spam tricks. It's a constant pain in my side to keep the server protected AND keep the SPAM out of your Inbox.

I use a very robust server that scans every incoming message for viruses and SPAM. The trick is to not block any legitimate messages (false positive detection). I feel as though I have my server fine tuned to a point where you only get a handful of SPAM and a truckload is flat out blocked.

My e-mail server uses the standard SMTP, POP3, and IMAP protocols that can be configured in popular e-mail programs like Outlook. I also provide you with a very nice web interface for your e-mail that also supports contacts, tasks, and calendar that can be shared.
